No. 2.532.863, de este domicilio, presento escrito donde solicita la RECTIFICACION DE LOS SIGUIENTES DOCUMENTOS: ACTAS DE NACIMIENTO DE BLACINA CLAUDIA, para rectificar su primer nombre que correctamente es BLASINA CLAUDIA y no BLACINA y los nombres de ANGEL BARTOLO OLIVO por ANGELO BORTOLO OLIVO, e igualmente corregir el nombre de FLOR ESCALDAFERRI por FLORA SCALDAFERRI; 2.) La RECTIFICACION DE ACTA DE MATRIMONIO de ELIO JOSE FLORES MARTINEZ y BLASINA CLAUDIA OLIVO SCALDAFERRI.- Rectificar BLASINA CLAUDIA OLIVO ESCALDAFENI por BLASINA CLAUDIA OLIVO SCALDAFERRI. Donde diga el día en que nació BLASINA, debe decir el veintiséis de Agosto de mil novecientos cuarenta y uno. Asimismo los nombres de ANGEL BARTOLO OLIVO, por ANGELO BORTOLO OLIVO y donde dice FLOR ESCALDAFENIS DE OLIVO por FLORA SCALDAFERRI DE OLIVO. Nuevamente el nombre de BLACINA CLAUDIA OLIVO ESCALDAFENI por BLASINA CLAUDIA OLIVO SCALDAFERRI. Donde se repita el nombre de BLASINA CLAUDIA OLIVO SCALDAFANI, cambiar por BLASINA CLAUDIA OLIVO SCALDAFERRI. 3.) ACTA DE DEFUNCION DE ANGELO BORTOLO OLIVO donde dice ANGEL BARTOLO OLIVO OLIVO por ANGELO BORTOLO OLIVO, donde diga deja tres hijos mayores de edad, cambiar el nombre de GINA BLASINA por BLASINA CLAUDIA. Era casado con FLORA MARIA SCALDAFENI DE OLIVO por FLORA SCALDAFERRI DE OLIVO, y 4.) La RECTIFICACION DE ACTA DE MATRIMONIO DE ANGELO BORTOLO OLIVO y FLORA SCALDAFERRI donde diga ANGEL BARTOLO OLIVO, por ANGELO BORTOLO OLIVO, donde diga FLORA SEALDAFERRI por FLORA SCALDAFERRI. Nuevamente donde dice ANGEL BARTOLO OLIVO quiere y recibe por mujer a FLORA SCALDAFERRI, por ANGELO BORTOLO OLIVO, quiere y recibe por mujer a FLORA SCALDAFERRI. Donde pregunta a FLORA SCALDAFERRI si acepta por marido a ANGEL BARTOLO OLIVO, dejar el FLORA SCALDAFERRI y rectificar ANGELO BORTOLO OLIVO. LA RECTIFICACION DE PARTIDA DE NACIMIENTO DE FRANCISCO DOMINGO OLIVO y donde dice ANGEL BARTOLO OLIVO, rectificar por ANGELO BORTOLO OLIVO y donde dice FLOR SCALDAFERRI por FLORA SCALDAFERRI. LA RECTIFICACION DE PARTIDA DE NACIMIENTO DE MARIA INMACULADA donde dice hija legitima de BARTOLO OLIVO, por ANGELO BORTOLO OLIVO y donde dice FLOR SCALDAFERRI por FLORA SCALDAFERRI DE OLIVO. LA RECTIFICACION DE ACTA DE MATRIMONIO de MARIA INMACULADA donde dice MARIA INMACULADA OLIVO SCALDAFENI, corregir por MARIA INMACULADA OLIVO SCALDAFERRI, donde dice ANGELO OLIVO por ANGELO BORTOLO OLIVO y donde dice FLOR SCALDAFENI por FLORA SCALDAFERRI DE OLIVO y donde se repite el nombre de MARIA INMACULADA OLIVO SCALDAFENI corregir por MARIA INMACULADA OLIVO SCALDAFERRI. LA RECTIFICACION DE PARTIDA DE MATRIMONIO DE FRANCISCO DOMINGO OLIVO en donde dice FRANCISCO DOMINGO OLIVO ESCALDAFERRI por FRANCISCO DOMINGO OLIVO SCALDAFERRI, donde dice hijo legitimo de ANGEL BORTOLO OLIVO por ANGELO BORTOLO OLIVO, donde dice FLOR ESCALDAFERRI DE OLIVO corregir por FLORA SCALDAFERRI DE OLIVO, donde se repitió el nombre de FRANCISCO DOMINGO OLIVO ESCALDAFENI por FRANCISCO DOMINGO OLIVO SCALDAFERRI. La solicitud se admitió a sustanciación, y se acordó notificar a la Fiscal del Ministerio Público y la publicación de un Edicto en el diario El Informador. Este Tribunal para decidir observa: UNICO: Con los recaudos acompañados, la notificación de la Fiscal Décimo Quinto del Ministerio Público y el Edicto consignado, han quedado comprobados los errores señalados, por lo que este Tribunal administrando justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por autoridad de la Ley ACUERDA rectificar los documentos antes mencionados, en el sentido que se corrijan los errores motivo de la presente rectificación. En consecuencia, se ordena a los JEFES CIVILES DE LAS PARROQUIAS CATEDRAL, CONCEPCION, SANTA ROSA, ALCALDIA DEL MUNICIPIO IRIBARREN Y ESTADO LARA, AL CONCEJO MUNICIPAL DEL DISTRITO MARIÑO ESTADO ARAGUA y al REGISTRADOR PRINCIPAL DEL ESTADO LARA y del ESTADO ARAGUA, inserten las notas marginal correspondientes en dichos documentos signados con los Nros: . 1286, folio 244 fte., Año. 1941, 27, folio 30, Año 1971, 165, folio 228 vto., Año: 1965; 33, folio 23 fte., Año: 1984; 1762, folio 133 vto., Año: 1944; 87, folio 4 vto., Año 1938; 87, folio 4 vto., Año 1938, 82, folio 48 fte., y vto., Año: 1958, 76, folio 133 vto., Año 1975, 23, folio 45, Año 1938, 53, folio fte., Año 1984.
