JUZGADO SUPERIOR PRIMERO EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL, DEL TRANSITO, Y DE MENORES DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO CARABOBO.- Valencia, 20 de septiembre de 2.004 194° y 145° Exp. N° 8.769.- Visto el escrito presentado en fecha 16 de septiembre del corriente año, por los ciudadanos ROMULO ISAIAS CHACON GUERRERO y NINOSKA JOSEFINA OBERTO, asistidos por el abogado JAVIER RIERA, mediante el cual apelan la decisión dictada por este Tribunal en fecha 13 de septiembre de 2004, este Juzgado siendo la oportunidad legal a que se contrae el artículo 35 de la Ley Orgánica de Amparo sobre Derechos y Garantías Constitucionales, oye dicha apelación en un solo efecto y acuerda remitir el presente expediente a la Sala Constitucional del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia, a los fines legales consiguientes.- El Juez Provisorio, Abog.
