JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL, Y BANCARIO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO CARABOBO.- Valencia, 11 de marzo de 2008 Años 197º y 149º DEMANDANTE: PATSY PIERINA PULGAR PERCHE DEMANDADO: RAMON FRANCISCO PINTO FUENTES.- MOTIVO: DIVORCIO EXPEDIENTE: 51649.- Vista la anterior diligencia suscrita por el abogado YOHAN ANTONIO CHACON PERAZA, Inpreabogado Nro.41.396, actuando con su carácter de apoderado judicial de la parte Actora la ciudadana PATSY PIERINA PULGAR PERCHE, y visto el DESISTIMIENTO formulado este Tribunal HOMOLOGA dicho desistimiento de conformidad con lo establecido en el Artículo 263 del Código de Procedimiento Civil y acuerda tenerlo como sentencia pasada en autoridad de cosa juzgada.
