SU DESPACHO.- Me dirijo a usted en esta oportunidad, para solicitarle, como ya se ha hecho anteriormente mediante oficio Nº 2008-A-0344, de fecha 19 de noviembre de 2008, información del estado en que se encuentra el juicio que por Nulidad de Asamblea sigue Lloyd’s Don Fundaciones y Petroleum Metallurgic Corporation Pemeco, C.A., contra Domingo Navarro Marichal, Félix Antonio Dorante, Luis Contrera y Kerasan Corporation, C.A., sustanciado bajo el Nº 34.387, de la nomenclatura interna llevada por ese Juzgado.
