DISPOSITIVO En orden a los razonamientos expuestos, éste JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DE JUICIO DEL TRABAJO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO CARABOBO, Administrando Justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por autoridad de la Ley, DECLARA PARCIALMENTE CON LUGAR la acción incoada por el ciudadano GUSTAVO LOZANO MARIN, venezolano, mayor de edad, titular de la cédula de identidad número V- 22.990.229, representado por la abogado en ejercicio LUCY VICTORIA RAMOS, I.P.S.A. N°-102.476, contra la sociedad de Comercio GHELLA SOGENE, C.A, representada judicialmente por el abogado PEDRO DOS RAMOS DOS SANTOS, I.P.S.A. N°-69.324.
