DECISIÓN Por los argumentos y fundamento legales y jurisprudenciales antes expuestos, éste JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS PÁEZ Y ARAURE DEL SEGUNDO CIRCUITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO PORTUGUESA, administrando justicia, en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por autoridad de la Ley; DECLARA: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR LA SOLICITUD DE DIVORCIO por motivo de desafecto fundamentado en la sentencia 1070 de fecha 9 de diciembre del año 2.016, emanada de la Sala Constitucional del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia, expediente N° 16-916.
