PRIMERO: PÁRCIALMENTE CON LUGAR las pretensiones de la parte actora ciudadano OSWALDO FEDERICO GARCIA LEAL, en su condición de SECRETARIO GENERAL DE ORGANIZACIÓN DEL SINDICATO DE TRABAJADORES DEL INSTITUTO UNIVERSITARIO DE TECNOLOGÍA "ANTONIO JOSÉ DE SUCRE" EXTENSIÓN BARQUISIMETO contra el INSTITUTO UNIVERSITARIO DE TECNOLOGÍA "ANTONIO JOSÉ DE SUCRE" EXTENSIÓN BARQUISIMETO. SEGUNDO: No hay condenatoria en costas, por no existir vencimiento total en la presente causa de conformidad con el artículo 59 de la Ley Orgánica Procesal del Trabajo.
