este Tribunal acuerda lo solicitado, en consecuencia, se deja sin efecto el mandamiento de ejecución forzosa librado en fecha 21 de febrero de 2017 y el oficio Nº 17-0119 de la misma fecha dirigidos al TRIBUNAL (DISTRIBUIDOR) DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ÁREA METROPOLITANA DE CARACAS, y ordena librar nuevo mandamiento de ejecución forzosa dirigido al JUEZ DEL TRIBUNAL (DISTRIBUIDOR) DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS PLAZA Y ZAMORA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MIRANDA.
