Por los razonamientos anteriormente expuestos, este JUZGADO SUPERIOR NOVENO EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL Y DEL TRÁNSITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ÁREA METROPOLITANA DE CARACAS, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, declara: COMPETENTE al JUZGADO NOVENO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA CIVIL, MERCANTIL Y DEL TRANSITO DE ESTA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL, PARA CONOCER DEL JUICIO DE INTERDICCION formulado por la ciudadana MARIBEL COROMOTO GARCIA GARCIA. Se ordena la remisión del expediente al JUZGADO NOVENO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA CIVIL, MERCANTIL Y DEL TRANSITO DE ESTA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL, a los fines que sustancie y decida la presente causa. Asimismo, se ordena oficiar al Juzgado Décimo Octavo de Municipio de esta Circunscripción Judicial, comunicándole de esta decisión, a los fines establecidos en el artículo 75 del Código de Procedimiento Civil.
