este JUZGADO SUPERIOR PRIMERO EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL, TRÁNSITO, BANCARIO Y MARÍTIMO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO CARABOBO, administrando justicia, en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por autoridad de la ley, declara: 1. PRIMERO: INADMISIBLE el RECURSO DE HECHO incoado por el abogado WILFREDO ANTONIO SILVA DÍAZ Inscrito en el Instituto de Previsión Social del Abogado bajo el Nro 22.421, actuando en nombre propio y en su carácter de apoderado Judicial de los ciudadanos MERCEDES DÍAZ DE SILVA, PAUL RAFAEL SILVA DÍAZ, SOL JAQUELINE SILVA DÍAZ, CAROLINA COROMOTO SILVA DÍAZ, ELIZA MERCEDES SILVA DÍAZ y LALALU SILVA DÍAZ, venezolanos, mayores de edad, titulares de las cédulas de identidad Nros 3.210.325, V- 4.868.381, V- 7.001.066, V- 7.064.052, V- 7.113.350 y V- 7.131.522, respectivamente, contra el auto de fecha veintitrés (23) de noviembre de 2022, dictado por el Juzgado Primero de Primera Instancia en lo Civil, Mercantil y Bancario de esta Circunscripción J.....
