Por lo expuesto, este Tribunal Penal en funciones de Juicio N° 4 Administrando Justicia en Nombre de la Republica y por Autoridad de la Ley decide con el siguiente pronunciamiento: Declara SIN LUGAR la SOLICITUD DE LA DEFENSA por infundada, de IMPONER a los ciudadanos JOSE LEONARDO ALTUVE TORO, ANGEL MOISES RAMIREZ ANGULO, ROGER ALFONSO TORO SANCHEZ y ANDREA COROMOTO SÁNCHEZ ANGULO, UNA MEDIDA CAUTELAR SUSTITUTIVA MENOS GRAVOSA A LA PRIVACIÓN DE LIBERTAD, impuesta por el Tribunal de Control N° 5 de este circuito judicial, en fecha 19.01.06.
