VI DISPOSITIVO Por las motivaciones que anteceden, este Tribunal JUZGADO TERCERO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DE JUICIO DEL CIRCUITO JUDICIAL DEL TRABAJO DEL ÁREA METROPOLITANA DE CARACAS en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por autoridad de la Ley, DECLARA: PRIMERO: PRESCRITA demanda por COBRO DE DIFERENCIAS DE PRESTACIONES SOCIALES incoada por la ciudadano LEORNARDO AMRTINEZ SILVESTRE contra INSTITUTO NACIONAL DE CAPACITACION EDUCATIVA SOCIALISTA (I.N.C.E.S) identificada en autos. SEGUNDO: SIN LUGAR LA DEMANDA TERCERO: No hay condenatoria en costas .
