CAPÍTULO VI DISPOSITIVO Por todos los razonamientos de hecho y de derecho anteriormente expuestos, este JUZGADO NOVENO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DE JUICIO DEL CIRCUITO JUDICIAL DEL TRABAJO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ÀREA METROPOLITANA DE CARACAS, administrando justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por autoridad de la Ley, declara: este JUZGADO NOVENO (9°) DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DE JUICIO DEL CIRCUITO JUDICIAL DEL TRABAJO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ÀREA METROPOLITANA DE CARACAS, administrando justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por autoridad de la Ley declara: PRIMERO: PARCIALMENTE CON LUGAR la demanda interpuesta por el ciudadano RICHARD JOSE JASPE RAMIREZ contra la entidad de trabajo BZS CONSTRUCCION, S.A. SEGUNDO: SIN LUGAR la demanda por Cobro de diferencia de Prestaciones Sociales y otros conceptos interpuesta por los ciudadanos DANNY JOSE CORDOVA BELLO, PEDRO JOSE VILLALOBOS y IBERTO JOSE ALBORNOZ contra la entidad.....
