DECISIÓN En mérito de las anteriores consideraciones este Juzgado Superior Primero Civil, Mercantil y Tránsito de la Circunscripción Judicial del Estado Lara, administrando Justicia en nombre la República y por autoridad de la ley, declara SIN LUGAR la apelación interpuesta por el abogado ELIAS IGOR VALERA VÁSQUEZ, apoderado judicial de la parte actora, en contra de la sentencia dictada en fecha 9 de octubre de 2017, por el JUZGADO SEXTO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DEL MUNICIPIO IRIBARREN DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO LARA.
